Keep in mind, with the National rates you receive less anytime minutes to share with your Alltel family plan. However, roaming rates are free with the National wireless Alltel family plan (on the Alltel preferred national network). Domestic long distance rates is included in your cellular family plan. Alltel wireless to Alltel wireless customer minutes are unlimited within a specified coverage area. So both family plan cellular phones can talk without incurring airtime rates against there anytime minutes. Both National and Local family plan come with standard detailed billing, you will be able to quickly and easily see a record of numbers called, by date, including the length of the cellular call and any associated charges for the call. Wireless text messaging has no monthly charge. .10 for every outgoing message and .02 for every incoming message. Alltel family plan night minutes are Mon. - Thurs. 9:00 pm - 5:59 am. Weekend minutes are Fri. 9:00 pm - Mon.

Local Family Plan Differences.
Roaming charges up to .99 a minute when out of your local Alltel wireless coverage area. Domestic long distance rates is included in your rates plan area only (roaming and long distance are extra). Night and weekend minutes with Alltel family plan available in local calling area and do not apply nationwide.
